SafeSignal

An 8-screen emergency incident reporting app with a dark UI.

Platform
Mobile app
SafeSignal cover

An 8-screen emergency incident reporting app with a dark UI. I merged incident type and the report form into one screen, because in an emergency every extra step costs time.

All SafeSignal screens in a row, from splash to report submitted
  • Report an Incident screen with type, description, media, location and time on one form
  • SafeSignal home with the Report an Incident button and recent reports
